At EV-Racing, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and our quality control process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Incorrect sizing or fitment
Buyer's remorse
Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
Products that have been installed, used, or modified

Please verify that the product is compatible with your bike before placing your order. If you have any questions about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging

If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or that we shipped the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
