These Terms of Service govern your use of the EV Racing website and your purchase of products from EV Racing.

EV Racing reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect EV Racing, our customers, our service providers, or other users.
Age and Purchase Authorization
By placing an order with EV Racing, you represent and confirm that:

If EV Racing cancels an order before fulfillment, any amount collected for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded as required.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability information are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
EV Racing reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors, or availability errors.
If a material error affects an order you have already placed, EV Racing may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue any refund required.
Product photographs are provided for reference and may differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing changes, screen settings, supplier updates, or other reasonable variations.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
EV Racing may use payment verification, fraud screening, order information, billing and shipping information, device or IP information available through our e-commerce platform or payment provider, and other reasonable methods to evaluate transaction risk.
Fraud Prevention
EV Racing reserves the right to review, hold, cancel, or request additional verification for orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, unusually high-risk, or otherwise require additional review.
We may request reasonable information necessary to verify purchaser identity, payment authorization, billing information, shipping information, or other transaction details.
EV Racing may cancel and refund an order rather than fulfill it when we reasonably believe proceeding with the transaction could expose EV Racing, the customer, or another person to fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
All orders are subject to the EV Racing Return & Refund Policy.
Because many products are sourced specifically for each order, orders may become non-cancellable after they are submitted to our supplier.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Shipping and Fulfillment
All orders are subject to the EV Racing Shipping Policy.
Some EV Racing products may be shipped directly from domestic or international third-party suppliers.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product Compatibility
EV Racing sells parts and accessories for a variety of e-bikes and related products.
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before ordering unless EV Racing has specifically confirmed compatibility in writing for the customer's particular application.
Customers should carefully review product descriptions, measurements, specifications, model compatibility information, photographs, and other product information before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a product will work with your bike, please contact EV Racing before purchasing.
Product Installation and Use
Certain products sold by EV Racing may require mechanical knowledge, specialized tools, adjustments, or professional installation.
Customers are responsible for properly installing, maintaining, and using products and for following applicable manufacturer instructions.
EV Racing recommends professional installation when appropriate.
Improper installation, modification, maintenance, or use may cause property damage, equipment failure, personal injury, or other harm.
Legality of Purchase and Use
By purchasing from EV Racing, you represent that your purchase, possession, installation, modification, and intended use of the product are lawful in your jurisdiction.
Laws governing electric bicycles, vehicle modifications, equipment, speed, power, public-road use, trail use, licensing, and rider requirements may vary by state, city, country, or other jurisdiction.
EV Racing does not represent that every product offered on our website is legal for every use or in every location.
It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the product and its intended use comply with applicable laws and regulations.
