Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. EV-Racing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

EV-Racing does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

7. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their specific bike or vehicle before placing an order.

EV-Racing is not responsible for installation errors, improper use, modifications, or damage resulting from incorrect installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV-Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
