Thank you for shopping with EV-Racing. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

EV-Racing is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, EV-Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

EV-Racing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Other events beyond our control
